• This equipment is dedicated to the labeling of round bottles.
• The labeling main head is a three-stage labeling system, which is divided into label supply, label pulling and backing paper recycling system, each system is controlled by a separate motor to ensure the fast and stable supply of labels, and to ensure the speed and precision of labeling.
• Use vertical horizontal direction to feed bottles, stable feeding, easy to operate.
• When the bottles on the feeding conveyor are less than a certain amount, the machine can automatically reduce the labeling speed.
• The use of screw to achieve bottle separation, and the star plate mechanism to use the same power to achieve synchronous operation, the action is accurate and error-free, there will be no bottle jamming and broken bottles, to ensure stable operation of the equipment
• Wheel-attached roll-on bottles for stronger label adhesion.
